L'Osteria Le Guglie

Fantastic spot for delicious seafood pasta in Venice! We sat right along a quiet canal, which made the experience even more special. The clam pasta was fresh and flavorful, and the spaghetti was a big hit with the kids. A perfect place to enjoy authentic Venetian dining.

We had dinner here twice. The seafood and pizza was great. The lasagna was better than most other places. The service was over the top. Very sweet and friendly. The waiter even sang a little to the romantic songs playing in the background. We didn’t pay cartado or for service. It was affordable but still very taste. The aperol spritz was very good.

I had a pleasure of dining in L'Osteria Le Guglie with my family of 5. We were looking for a reasonably priced restaurant along the canals and was pleasantly surprised with our experience with this restaurant despite the contruction work which was going on when we visited. We ordered Sicilian Pizza, Lasagna, Mixed Seafood Fry, Frutti Di Mare Spaghetti and Tiramisu. All the dishes were amazing with pretty big portion sizes. I was also blown away with is the hospitality of all the restaurant staff. They gave us a few freebies especially to my 3 kids including a few chocolates and drinks, not something I'm used to in my European trip so far. They made us feel welcome from the getgo to the time we left. Despite the excellent service, they did not even ask for tips. But because of the service we received, I was happy to give them the tip that they deserve. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a quiet dinner place in Venice along the canals, away from the crowds of Venice.

After a long hot day, we are family of 4 wanting to try a seafood restaurant. The menu of this seafood restaurant can be overwhelming. It is like a book. During our visit, some parts outdoors were under construction, but the staff were very accomdating and friendly. We ordered seafood pasta, fried seafood, and grill fish. All the dishes came out in good portion and delicious. The pasta and sauce in the seafood could use better ingredients. In the end, they gave us complimentary cocktails and chocolate candy. Overall it is a very good experience.

Total experience is a wow! It actually elevated my overall experience at Venice… Food is quite good (Pasta with sea food / Mix fried / sea-bass / Pizza ) … Omar the waiter was super professional and friendly offering different plates based on our thoughts… all his recommendations are 10/10… place also is on the Canal… we really liked it

We dined here as a family and were really impressed. The Lasagna was outstanding, the Spaghetti alle Vongole perfect, and the Tiramisu light and delicious. Portions were generous and prices very fair for Venice. What made the evening special was the hospitality — we were given complimentary sweets, limoncello, and fruit juice for our daughter, which was such a thoughtful touch. A quieter spot along the canal, away from the busiest tourist areas, with authentic food and genuinely warm service. Highly recommended!

We had a family dinner. Everything was more than good... We tried pizza Margherita, pasta Bolognese, Frito Misto and everything was very, very delicious. What do you need for the perfect dinner - not only tasty food, perfect wine and view, but also very friendly staff We got all this... Thanks to everyone and when we come back to Venezia we will come again for dinner. Highly recommend ...

It’s good! It’s just that it wasn’t spectacular. It’s a good choice if you can get a coveted table by the canal. You’ll have a good meal! The lamb shanks were a standout but the spaghetti with sea bass underwhelmed. Service was kind but very very slow. Maybe I just need to embrace the Italian pace of meals.
